Before you write
Two questions come up most often, and both are answered already:
- Where is my order? Orders are delivered in 7 to 12 business days, from your order to your door, with free shipping on every order. Tracking can pause for several days while a parcel moves between countries — this is normal and does not mean it is lost. See our shipping policy.
- Which size do I need? Measure the width of each nail at its widest point and match it to the size range on the product page. Our size guide takes ten minutes and you only do it once.
Everything else is in our FAQ.
