Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, here is exactly how returns work.

30-day returns

You may return any unopened, unused set within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The set must be in its original sealed packaging.

For hygiene reasons, press-on nail sets are sealed. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken. Sealed, unopened sets can be returned within 30 days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your set arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, email info@milkandmanicure.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at your choice. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.

Legal guarantees (consumers in France and the EU)

Independently of this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Under the guarantee of conformity you have two years from delivery to act. You may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions of article L217-12. You are not required to prove that the defect existed at delivery during those two years for new goods.

Under the guarantee against hidden defects you may obtain a full refund on return of the goods, or a partial refund if you keep them.

Repairs carried out under the legal guarantee of conformity extend it by six months. Requests to make either guarantee effective should be sent to info@milkandmanicure.com.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This right is separate from and additional to our 30-day policy above.

To exercise it, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire — by email to info@milkandmanicure.com or using the withdrawal button on our site. You then have 14 days to return the goods. We refund within 14 days of receiving them back, or of proof that you sent them.

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, are excluded from this right under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to start a return

Email info@milkandmanicure.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.
