Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times

Standard tracked: 10–20 business days. $4.90, free on orders over $35.
Express tracked: 5–9 business days. Calculated at checkout.

These are the times after dispatch, not from the moment you order. Add the 2 business days of processing.

We ship from our fulfilment partners overseas, which is why standard delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer. We would rather tell you this before you order than after.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and 25 other countries. All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars.

Tracking

Tracking updates can pause for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, email info@beautybeckoning.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbours and your local carrier depot first, then contact us — we will help you trace it.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to correct an address — after dispatch we cannot change it.
