Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems.

When you browse the store we automatically collect device information (browser type, IP address, time zone, cookies) and information about the pages you view and the products you interact with.

If you subscribe to our emails we collect your email address and your consent record.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship your order, to communicate with you about it, to screen for fraud, to improve our store, and — where you have consented — to send you marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which powers this store; our payment processors; our shipping and fulfilment partners, who receive only the data needed to deliver your order; and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In France this is the CNIL.

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and marketing consent records until you unsubscribe.
