Ordering and delivery
How long will my order take?
Delivered in 7 to 12 business days. That is the full time from your order to your door, not just the transit. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France and several other countries. All prices are charged in US dollars.
My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is my parcel lost?
Almost certainly not. Tracking can pause for a few days while a parcel moves between countries. If your order has not arrived 25 business days after you placed it, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Any import duties are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price at checkout.
What's in the box
Is glue included?
It depends on the set. When adhesive is included, it is listed under What's included on the product page. When nothing is listed there, assume you will need your own nail glue or adhesive tabs. We would rather you check before ordering than find out when the parcel arrives.
What else might come with a set?
Some sets include a nail file, adhesive tabs or a wooden cuticle stick. Whatever is in the box is listed on the product page under What's included. If a set lists nothing, it contains the nails only.
What do I need that isn't in the box?
At minimum, nail glue or adhesive tabs if the set does not include them, and a file to adjust the width of a tip. A wooden cuticle stick is useful for removal but not essential.
Sizing and fit
How do I know what size I need?
Measure the widest part of each nail with a strip of paper and a ruler, then match to the chart in our size guide. Set contents vary by product — the number of tips and sizes is listed on each product page.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Go down. An oversized tip leaves an open channel along each side wall where water works in, and it lifts around day four. A slightly narrow tip leaves a thin strip of natural nail visible at the sides, which is only cosmetic — the bond stays intact. Small is a look, large is a failure.
Do they work on very short nails?
Yes. You are measuring the width of your nail bed, not its length, so short nails size exactly the same way.
Wear and removal
How long do they last?
10 to 14 days with the glue, 1 to 3 days with the adhesive tabs. Tabs are designed for a single occasion, glue for everyday wear.
How long does application take?
About 10 minutes for both hands, including preparation. Press each nail down firmly for 30 seconds — it is the step that decides how long the set lasts.
Will they damage my natural nails?
Not when removed properly. Soak your hands in warm soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes and lift each tip gently from the free edge. No lamp, no drill, no acetone. The damage people associate with press-ons comes from pulling sets off dry.
Can I reuse a set?
Often yes, if you removed it by soaking. Clean the old glue from the underside with a wooden stick and store the tips somewhere dry.
Can I shower, swim and wash up with them on?
Yes, once the glue has fully cured. Avoid water, hand cream and long showers for the first two hours after applying.
Returns and payment
What is your returns policy?
30 days on unopened sets in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, press-on nail sets are sealed, and the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken.
My set arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photograph. We send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, at your choice. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.
I'm in France or the UK. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is separate from and additional to our 30-day policy. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery are excluded for hygiene reasons.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After dispatch we cannot change it.
