Ordering and delivery

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within 2 business days. Standard tracked delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days, express 5 to 9. We ship from our fulfilment partners overseas, which is why a set costs $13 instead of $30 — and why it takes longer than a domestic retailer.

How much is shipping?

Standard tracked is $4.90, and free on orders over $35. Express is calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship?

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and 25 other countries. All prices are charged in US dollars.

My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is my parcel lost?

Almost certainly not. Tracking often pauses for several days while a parcel moves between countries. If it hasn't arrived 30 business days after dispatch, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Any import duties are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price at checkout.

Sizing and fit

How do I know what size I need?

Measure the widest part of each nail with a strip of paper and a ruler, then match to the chart in our size guide. Every set contains 24 tips across 12 sizes, so you fit each finger on its own.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Go up. A tip that is slightly wide can be filed down in thirty seconds. A tip that is too narrow leaves your nail edges exposed, and there is no way to fix that.

Do they work on very short nails?

Yes. You are measuring the width of your nail bed, not its length, so short nails size exactly the same way.

Wear and removal

How long do they last?

10 to 14 days with the glue, 1 to 3 days with the adhesive tabs. Tabs are designed for a single occasion, glue for everyday wear.

How long does application take?

About 10 minutes for both hands, including preparation. Press each nail down firmly for 30 seconds — it is the step that decides how long the set lasts.

Will they damage my natural nails?

Not when removed properly. Soak your hands in warm soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes and lift each tip gently from the free edge. No lamp, no drill, no acetone. The damage people associate with press-ons comes from pulling sets off dry.

Can I reuse a set?

Often yes, if you removed it by soaking. Clean the old glue from the underside with a little oil and store the tips somewhere dry.

Can I shower, swim and wash up with them on?

Yes, once the glue has fully cured. Avoid water, hand cream and long showers for the first two hours after applying.

Returns and payment

What is your returns policy?

30 days on unopened sets in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened sets, glue or adhesive tabs once the seal is broken.

My set arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photograph. We send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, at your choice. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.

I'm in the EU or UK. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is separate from and additional to our 30-day policy. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After dispatch we cannot change it.
